A lucky few of my friends and family will be getting handknit gifts this holiday season. Here is a tutorial from Knit Picks, esteemed purveyor of knitting products, on how to graciously accept the most hideous handmade objects. (Hopefully mine won't be hideous, but please don't tell me if they are - just give them to Goodwill in January!)
